I am an Associate Professor at Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI).
My research is interdisciplinary, combining teachings of comparative political economy, international political economy and economic sociology. Broadly, I am interested in exploring the political underpinnings of capitalist market building, paying special attention to how local actors respond to international pressures.
